It was an amazing experience—even though the weather wasn’t great and the view wasn’t the best, we still had a fantastic time😇
The fact that I could view New York and New Jersey from being so high in the sky. I got to see the Empire State building. It was a gorgeous day with the perfect temperature.
The views from the observation deck are magnificent, especially at sunset. The only drawback is that it's far too crowded, which should be regulated rather than having to queue up to take a photo.

Oh my! I think the whole experience was amazing especially the glass floor to the ground. The edge even had the best seat in the house-the disabled toilet. Easy access. Organisation of getting in and out was excellent. Location was fantastic. Transport to and from was good. Having the shops and the Vessel and the skyline walk near was good too. However, there wasn't one corner of the Edge that I couldn't embrace with awe! The only negative thing to report is that the refreshments are far too expensive!!!! $6 for a Coke!!!
Absolutely everything very easy, I presented my QR code at the entrance and that was it. I had booked at 4 pm and I was able to stay at sunset and see the city by day and night! It was spectacular. I highly recommend it.

The view was unbelievable. The tour from the bottom to the top of the 100th floor is truly worth every penny.
Interminable thing due to elevator malfunction. Instead of notifying us they left us 90 Min waiting before giving any explanation of the problem. Another 60 min wait then, with children on top of that. Easy to pay, hard to get refunds or excuses.

Edge is a top venue to visit, 1st time this year and will be going again on our next visit to New York. The views from the observation decks are amazing, even the elevator ride was impressive with the built in video show. Would thoroughly recommend a visit while in New York.
We had to wait 45 minutes for the train. As compensation, some visitors then received a voucher for a glass of champagne, others didn't, so we didn't feel disrespected.

So beautiful and so fun. Such a great view with a unique perspective of looking down under your feet. The building is also great before you even get to the Edge, fun shops and restauarants. Loved it. I highly recommend going if you like high buildings with amazing 360 views - if you are scared of heights - don't go -otherwise join in the fun.
We bought tickets to enter at 7:20 PM and we arrived at 7:00 PM, but we didn't go up until 8:30 PM, so we missed what we wanted to see: the change from day to night.
A Truly Memorable NYC Experience! Our visit to the Edge at Hudson Yards was unforgettable. The moment we stepped onto the deck, we were blown away by the panoramic views of the city. Standing on the glass floor and looking straight down was both thrilling and surreal and a little scary 😊 The design of the deck is impressive and gives you the feeling of being suspended in the sky. High glass walls protect you from the wind - and the day we visited was very windy. We had VIP tickets, skipped the lines and never felt rushed or crowded - so worth it! It’s a unique way to experience New York from above, and we’re so glad we made the time for it. Highly recommended for anyone looking to see the city from a whole new perspective!
Great experience! Perfect weather! Not too crowded! Amazing views of uptown, downtown and Outer boroughs and New Jersey! I could see my brother's house in Weehawken ! Glass floor was a real thrill
My son and I loved the glass floor where you could see straight down. We also kiked that the glass was clean and clear and made it seem in pictures that you had not barrior. It was a unique and fun experience.

The views were out of this world and we went at sunset and the sky looked like it was on fire. Our boys also loved lying face down on the glass floor. Everyone who goes to NY should go to the Edge.
What I loved the most about this experience was views from the both vessel and the edge.
The birds eye view of downtown Manhattan and Central Park too.

Very good signage to find location once inside building; Once I found a worker inside who actually could help me Having the express option was worth every penny! The lady who did help was very kind and got us through so quick!!
Loved the "skip the line" entry/exit tickets! Plenty of indoor/outdoor views to see/photograph! We all 4 enjoyed our time we spent at Edge!

Great value considering the cost of Empire State Building experience. Wow factor being the glass floor section and being in the open air. Very straight forward access, luckily no queue whatsoever. However, on a previous visit, we were able to enjoy a glass of wine afterwards. Although champagne/ wine is served, there's absolutely no where to sit and enjoy your very expensive drink. If you're offering pricey drinks for a luxurious experience, at least provide some nice chairs & tables to drink at. So we didn't bother. Pleasant nonetheless.

Loved the Alvin Ailey exhibit and the accessibility of the museum. Lovely environment
I visited the Alvin Ailey exhibit and loved it - the videos, the stories, the art, the adjacencies of other creatives, the (as the exhibit calles it) personal ephemeria, it was all wonderful and informative.
I went to Whitney Museum and saved 1 dollar buying the ticket through headout. The purchase experience on the website was good but the fact that I still needed to make the line in order to exchange my voucher for a phisycal ticket makes it all less great.
The Edges of Ailey was a fascinating and well put together exhibit. I learned a lot about his early life and influences of the Black women, religion, and Black artists influenced his work. My ticket purchase through Headcount was seamless and I had no problems with admission.
I went for the Alvin Ailey exhibit which was good. I would return for the other exhibits which I didn't get to in this visit.
I was able to see the Alivn Alley exhibit
Alvin Ailey - amazing that a dancer and choreographer could be shown in an art museum and have it work.
Easy to get tickets at desk and entry

It is my good experience, but the most of security men pointed out that the Headout's mail didn't show EXPRESS. I was almost kicked out from the EXPRESS line if the manager had not come to me. Otherwise, it is great!!
No queue! It was an amazing experience for us and the tickets that we bought is truly Skip The Line!
Neat to see from all side of the city and the rivers
.
I paid extra for skip the line tickets because I thought you had to have tickets before you arrived at the venue. When I got to the venue, there was no line because we went at 8:30 PM. I felt completely scammed. I felt it was very dishonest for y'all to charge for skip the line tickets when it turns out there was no line at all. What did I pay for?
It all went very smoothly and everyone was super friendly. The last line to the topdeck was 15 min wich is acceptable with that amount of people but the option to use the stairs was very good.
Great view on the night skyline of New York Quick access due to express ticket
Very nice view from up there, you have to see it! It was a wonderful experience.

If you go to the Empire State Building and buy the fast pass. The staff will make you fill like royalty. Ms.Renita E, sung Happy Birthday to my boyfriend for his birthday today!! She was absolutely stellar and made our weekend. She is a treasure to the building.
Lines were long and we paid to bypass them. App was easy to use. Staff at the Empire State Building was great. $ well spent!
Skip the line was amazing as we were able to get to different places in the building quickly. The observation deck was beautiful. Thank you!
Loved the literal red carpet treatment where we didn't have to wait in the longer lines. Most of the attendants at the Empire State Building were also very kind and that was really nice

Wonderful customer service & however, buses cleaning should be increased!!
I had very bad issue with bus driver. He did not allow me to take ride on bus even i was there in line with my family. He pushed my wife to get into bus so hard that it hurt her. My daughter was crying with his loud yelling. It was totally discrimination from driver with another passenger. He openly said "i will not let you take ride in my bus but take another next bus." I am not going to tolrate this kind of behaviour. Will definately go next step for this.
It was so easy to use, you literally just find the attractions you want to see and head to the entrance with your QR code ticket pass. Even those where you have to book, the experience was easy to complete through the app. Will recommend.

Ticketing was excellent just like what we experinced! At the Edge we were earleir than booked appoinment but they let us get in. Thank you for that!We managed to be on time at the next program!
The viewpoint is very cozy, but I feel that they can make the visit much better, in the elevator there is a lot of expectation but when you get to the viewpoint there is not much attention, it would be nice if someone would explain what you are seeing in the city, you only see a thousand buildings and the empire state because you know it is the empire state but no one explains what the heck are the other buildings, if they include audios in different individual languages as they do for example in the colosseum in rome telling the history of what you see from the viewpoint, it would stop being just a viewpoint of buildings and would become a history of the most visited concrete jungle in the USA, it would be a bit of their culture from the best viewpoint in New York, think about it.

The Museum Of Maoder Art was a wonderful experience for me and my 8 year twin boys. It was way bigger than I expected it to be and there was so much to see! Saw some really beautiful art as well as some interactive art instillations that the kids really loved. The Museum Store also had some amazing gems and we made a few purchases. I will definitely be coming back, it was a fun interactive learning experience for all of us.

I always enjoy MOMA, especially the large collection of Impressists. This time in addition to my usual favorites I really enjoyed the Turning Point Exhibition. It was fascinating to read about the thoughts and intentions behind these innovative designs. The exhibit was also displayed in a very enticing manner with each exhibit allocated its own mini stage.
Seeing the works of Monet, Picasso and Van Gough, I was speechless. These were priceless jewels and no words I can utter to further explain the beauty that comes from each canvass.
The museum is phenomenal that goes without saying I can walk around there for hours. But I am taken aback about how loud it is how everybody seems to be comfortable to have full conversations. When I'm at the Met or the Whitney, I can hear my heartbeat. I really had a hard time. Enjoying everything with how loud it was. I also think you should make some efforts to organize the crowd around starry night. I'm not gonna pretend to have the answer. But putting it in the corner seems like maybe not the way to go. I had a few interactions with the staff and they were polite, respectful and very helpful. Nothing but great things to say about them.

The crew on our bus were very willing to help us find a lost item (a tiny diamond necklace) long after we had left the bus (it came back around twice) and they very graciously looked all over for it, and it was even eventually found! Thanks to the crew for going above and beyond.
The beautiful view, made in the evening! Service with you, excellent, purchased tickets and received within minutes ...great service!

Hop on, hop off is very useful as you can plan your day and go to NYC's landmark or whatever order you want to visit first.
Great view, really fast elevator, remarkable number of persons in the staff, friendly and focusednice and surprising gimmicks on the decks
Quick view on the town, nice the concept up and go. In real, it's difficult to use it to visit something in the same time. Very great if the weather is beautiful
Breathtaking! Being at eye level with the Empire State Building or the Chrysler Building in a hall of mirrors or between floating silver balloons is simply wow. As is the view of southern Manhattan. The Summit was the sightseeing highlight of our stay in New York, without a doubt.
