So beautiful and so fun. Such a great view with a unique perspective of looking down under your feet. The building is also great before you even get to the Edge, fun shops and restauarants. Loved it. I had very bad issue with bus driver. He did not allow me to take ride on bus even i was there in line with my family. He pushed my wife to get into bus so hard that it hurt her. My daughter was crying with his loud yelling. It was totally discrimination from driver with another passenger. He openly said "i will not let you take ride in my bus but take another next bus." I am not going to tolrate this kind of behaviour. Will definately go next step for this.

The whole experience was awesome. The ferry ride was fun and everybody was very nice and accommodating to me. I plan to return soon and hopefully this time go inside and up into the crown of the statue. And you people will definitely be my ride over there. Thank you for everything you guys did for me. Absolutely seemless experience from end to end. We arrived and there was someone to great us and get us to the right place. The team at the Empire State Building was incredibly nice, attentive and friendly! The reason for our visit was our 21st wedding anniversary. RENATE in particular was so nice. Since we had rain and no view at all for the first 2 hours of our stay, we had a particularly nice chat with the staff. Renate sang for us, we later danced to level 80!!!! After another hour the weather cleared up and we had quite good visibility.

I brought my nearly six yr old grandson and he loved it. I grew up in NY and the Empire State Building was always cool. So glad he knows that too! I gotta say though that I think tkts are really expensive. And I can't believe it costs double the price to get to the 102nd floor. That's absurd. Although I wasn't happy with the gift shop being unavoidable, I understand the whole place is there to make money. So my grandson spent his allowance on a baseball with the Empire State Building in it. He loves baseball and we went straight to the park that afternoon. The ball fell apart! One day of a six yr old playing baseball with it? All I could think of is was it made for display only? Not to be used?

It was very easy to order the tickets. Once inside the museum, we remembered where we were when this horrible tragedy occurred. It is our fervent prayer that nothing like this will happen again. The museum really honored the memory of those who perished in the towers as well as police, firefighters, and emergency personnel. The memorial outside was tasteful and moving.

Hi! We had a great experience at the 911 museum. I had no idea how BIG it was - we could have spent several hours there. I'd say the only thing I didn't love was that we went right to the movie as soon as we got there as it was starting in a couple minutes - so we went right in not knowing what it was. I was hoping it was going to be footage of the creation of the 911 memorial and museum, but instead it was about the search for Osama Bin Laden. Which I had followed at the time, and found incredibly interesting, but I wouldn't have taken my kiddo to this movie had I known, and instead used that time at the museum. Other than that the museum was powerful and breathtaking; we were in awe, and it absolutely honored the people who died, and gave them the recognition they deserved. Absolutely incredible.

The whole experience was awesome. The ferry ride was fun and everybody was very nice and accommodating to me.
