  • The Concorde is back on display but won't be open to the public until April 4, 2024.
  • The Space Shuttle Pavilion is closed until March 25 for the installation of a new exhibit, When We Went to the Moon. This exhibit opens March 25 and runs until September 2.

Things to know before booking your Intrepid Museum tickets

  1. The general admission ticket includes access to the Intrepid, the Space Shuttle Pavilion, the Growler, the British Airways Concorde, & all exhibits. 
  2. Please note that the British Airways Concorde will reopen on 4 April 2024.
  3. The Space Shuttle Pavillion is closed until 25 March for the installation of a new exhibit called "When We Went to the Moon." This new exhibit will be on display until 2 September.
  4. The line to the submarine Growler and exhibition sometimes closes early, so make sure you get there well in time. Additionally, visitors must be at least 40” tall to enter the attraction.
  5. The Cold War exhibition is free to explore.
  6. You may have to wait a while to enter the exhibition and the submarine due to its limited capacity, so plan accordingly.
  7. Please note that strollers, large bags, and luggage are prohibited from being taken inside the submarine or the Concorde. Locker facilities are unavailable, and you must keep all belongings, including bags, strollers, and luggage, with them at all times during your visit.
  8. Most parts of the museum are wheelchair accessible except for the Submarine, the Gun Tub, the Anchor Chain Room, the Captain's Bridge, and the Concorde. Additionally, wheelchairs are not available for rent/public use.
  9. Service animals are allowed inside the museum.
  10. Active-duty US military personnel and veterans are granted complimentary admission to the museum upon presenting valid identification, courtesy of the generous sponsorship from Bank of America. Additionally, spouses of active-duty service members are eligible for a 20% discount on admission fees.
