ticketing experice was great, you may like bucket activties which require prior bookings .also, you should clear the message to do booking for each pass, (like 2 bookings for 2 pass) rest .. all experice was great.

Things to know before booking your Edge tickets

  1. For general admission tickets, you will have to choose a time slot to enter the attraction.
  2. You can upgrade your admission ticket to a flexible entry ticket, allowing you to visit the attraction at any time during operating hours. This is a great option if you're unsure about your plans for the day or are planning to visit multiple attractions. 
  3. Edge is one of the most popular observation decks in New York, because of which there’s a long waiting time to get inside. During peak hours, the waiting time can go up to 2 hours. Choose a weekday slot around the morning or afternoon hours to avoid long queues or choose the Edge Express Pass to get priority access through the security line and to the elevator along with flexible entry.
  4. The general admission tickets do not include access to the City Climb skyscraping experience. You will have to purchase separate tickets for this. Additionally, please note that this experience is only accessible to individuals aged 13 years and above.
  5. If you’d like to catch the sunset from the observation deck, give yourself at least a 2-hour buffer to get inside, as this is a popular time for visitors. Be sure to check the sunset hours before booking your Edge tickets since this changes daily.
  6. Edge remains open throughout the week, even through adverse weather conditions. Please note that some parts of the outdoor deck might be off-limits for safety reasons during these times.
  7. If you have activated your ticket and experience poor visibility due to adverse weather conditions, you can redeem the Sky Assurance Weather Guarantee. With this you can visit Edge on the same day and enjoy 20% off at the Edge bar, or you can rebook your tickets for a later date. The offers are only valid for the Edge General Admission Tickets, Flex Admission Tickets, and Express Admission Tickets.
