The team at the Empire State Building was incredibly nice, attentive and friendly! The reason for our visit was our 21st wedding anniversary. RENATE in particular was so nice. Since we had rain and no view at all for the first 2 hours of our stay, we had a particularly nice chat with the staff. Renate sang for us, we later danced to level 80!!!! After another hour the weather cleared up and we had quite good visibility.

I paid extra for skip the line tickets because I thought you had to have tickets before you arrived at the venue. When I got to the venue, there was no line because we went at 8:30 PM. I felt completely scammed. I felt it was very dishonest for y'all to charge for skip the line tickets when it turns out there was no line at all. What did I pay for?

It is my good experience, but the most of security men pointed out that the Headout's mail didn't show EXPRESS. I was almost kicked out from the EXPRESS line if the manager had not come to me. Otherwise, it is great!!

Interminable thing due to elevator malfunction. Instead of notifying us they left us 90 Min waiting before giving any explanation of the problem. Another 60 min wait then, with children on top of that. Easy to pay, hard to get refunds or excuses.

So beautiful and so fun. Such a great view with a unique perspective of looking down under your feet. The building is also great before you even get to the Edge, fun shops and restauarants. Loved it. The Museum Of Maoder Art was a wonderful experience for me and my 8 year twin boys. It was way bigger than I expected it to be and there was so much to see! Saw some really beautiful art as well as some interactive art instillations that the kids really loved. The Museum Store also had some amazing gems and we made a few purchases. I will definitely be coming back, it was a fun interactive learning experience for all of us.

With the pre-booked ticket you still have to wait in the same line with everybody else before you get into the museum. But it goes ahead pretty fast. In the MoMa most people seem to go for the most famous paintings, while it's more acceptable in the other rooms. It's crowded anyway. However, it's a great museum and absolutely worth a visit.

The view on the 86th floor was the best. The of historical part was to long. The ticketing experience was fine. What I didn't like was the long lines shuffeld us along it took forever to get where we were going.
