Wollman Rink felt like a winter ritual done right ... polished, intentional, and genuinely magical. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless. Ticketing at the kiosk was quick and well-organized, the release forms were clearly managed without chaos or confusion, and the skate acquisition process ran like a well-oiled machine. Staff moved with purpose, keeping lines flowing and families relaxed instead of rushed — a rare thing in a city that never slows down. The ice itself was the real standout. It was freshly and thoroughly resurfaced, smooth and forgiving, making it ideal for kids and confidence-boosting even for wobbly first laps. You could feel the care put into maintaining the rink — no ruts, no slush, just clean, crisp ice that invited you to stay longer than planned.
