Straightforward. Good price. Good communication prior to the day. The driver arrived early, ahead of the scheduled pickup time. He was polite, courteous and English speaking. The journey was good and we arrived at the airport in good time. The driver unloaded the cases at the drop off point. All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable experience and would not hesitate to recommend and or use the service again.

Oh it wasn't your company, the driver didn't talk or anything, was glad to get out and the car stank of old cigarettes, I even said he could play music as the journey was very quite which would of cut the atmosphere in the car

I booked a pick-up several weeks before my trip to New York JFk. I had to specify the pick-up time on the homepage page. I provided all my other details. Having just arrived at the airport, I suddenly received several messages on my cell phone that the driver was already waiting. But this was 2 hours before my booked arrival time. What was that all about? I knew from my previous trips to New York that it can take longer. That's why I explicitly included reserve time for the pick-up when booking and therefore booked the pick-up at 7 am, as shown on my reservation confirmation. Why do you have to specify a pick-up time if the transport company doesn't keep to it anyway? He was simply on site at some time and tried to contact me during the flight and stress me out. But then I realized why all this was happening. They are obviously looking for victims with a strategy to put the booking on "no show". What's the point? I have sent all text messages and photos of my conversation with the driver and the driver's head office, customer service and other institutions. I want my money back!!! I hereby ask them again for a refund. I have never experienced such a service. And I travel a lot around the world.

There was only 1 issue for a not "very good" experience. The drive did not speak any english and we have to stay on Google translate during the drive.

My family and I visited them on Saturday, July 19th. Our experience was amazing. My son was happy and participated in all the games allowed for his age. He loved the games, the beautiful view, and the variety of the place. It was the best day of the trip. We are from the Dominican Republic.

It was almost awesome, better directions could be included, Uber took us to the battery as advised but with construction the drop off was a bit of walk, one of the travelers cannot walk easily, we were well past the proper drop off. Include drop off near Bowling Green subway stop on the park side, it is an easier walk, follow the "blue sign" into the park. something like that. The cruise, your team and the sites were excellent.

What can I say, for us it is the second booking in a few days and I must say that everything was perfect. Very affordable prices, rapidissimio the arrival of tickets and management of reservations. As well as very good discounts, which increase according to the bookings made. Top.

A visit to the history of the United States, it is necessary to pass by Ellis Island and as an icon of the country, to see the Statue of Liberty for what it represents.

It was seamless using the ticketing platform and for entry into the ferry rides. Hoped for clear directions to the starting point upon drop off as signs were not readily present. Managed to get into the line after asking for directions to start the trip. Overall the experience was very good after that initial moment and will certainly recommend anyone to give this a try if in New York.

Bought a 2 day all inclusive pass, spent Saturday on the red route with plans to do the blue route Sunday. Unfortunately Sunday morning we were informed that the blue route was canceled all day, and everything i had planned for that day went up in smoke. This caused my anxiety to get pretty bad. Our plans centered around the bus and the 2 routes as we had no vehicle with us and do not really understand the subway system. Then we decided to ride the red route again and do a few more things on it since we could nonlonger do the blue route. Sights set on the statue of liberty.. Oh the bus driver cannot speak English, and just continues driving right past the stop, never announced or said anything so now we are at stop 12 and if we want to do the statue we have to ride the route all the way back around. Busses stuck in traffic, cannot get off unless it is a designated stop, even when we were stuck in parade traffic and wasting our time. Driver constantly honking horn, even when there was no place for anyone to drive to. Tried to get a partial refund for our tickets since all of the plans I had for Sunday were now messed up, was told to call another company, then another. I will not be doing this again, nor will I recommend it to anyone, it was not a good experience at all.

Being able to book attractions. Just wish you could book world trade centre memorial museum Rockefeller and edge in advance too instead of having to go on the day or go there to book which is inconvenient.

You are still advertising the MET for Go City when they stopped excepting it over years ago. I had to pay $81 which I need paid back to myself.

The experience wasn't good. The tickets couldn't be pulled up and they couldn't scan them and it was very frustrating. Eventually we got it figured out but it took a ton of time.

I cannot do the reservations for any of the attractions

It was a beautiful place and all the staff were very pleasant and helped us when lost or in need of directions. Its a very informative place and would definitely recommend.

The view is spectacular and the structure looked and felt very secure. It was not overcrowded and the staff was very nice and helpful. We took lots of pictures and videos and highly recommend visiting the Edge!!

Everything was smooth and my brother and his wife had an awesome time. They go to the Edge for their anniversary every year.

Of course the view and then the friendly welcoming staff as you entered and excited. Easy to find, and more importantly it was laid back, not rushed and was something to do again, in the evening next time.

Received as a gift but wasn't told it was a combo with summit one. If I didn't go on the same day I'm also not sure if I can go now?

The night time view of New York was amazing only spoilt by the rain on the glass screens which obscured the view, otherwise it would have been excellent.

You have tge opportunity to stay out and see the skyline. Usually you see it from a window while at the Edge, you are outside and the view results to be really immersive.

The number of visitors was manageable. Not too many. Of course there was enough going on. The exhibition is interesting. The audio guide in German is unfortunately spoken too slowly, you need at least 1.25x speed. I also found the content not so good. I would have managed without the guide.

Very riveting experience, we were so moved doing a walk down the memory lane, seeing photos of people who passed on, hearing voices of the people involved, who helped during the tragedy.

Every time I come here I learn more about this unforgettable day. I appreciated all the helpful docents, extra seating, and easy to follow directions.

Never went to the Edge because it was misinterpreted in location when booking the 9/11 memorial. Thought everything was in the same area. Bought 3 tickets X $40 or whatever the cost was- down the drain.

The Memorial is well designed. It covers a number of details related to that day, as well as in-depth information about the buildings. They did a good job covering all the incidents that occurred. We really enjoyed our visit.
