The line to get into the vanderbilt building was long, but totally worth it! We liked it! Moma was so incredibly efficient and kid friendly!
So many artists and different works. Something for everyone. And a nice cafe and bar to relax for a while in. Well laid out.
We were able to see the arts of the old and new artists. Some installations were fun and interactive. I enjoyed browsing the gift shop slso. Ticketing with headout was quick and efficient.
Classics and Contemporary in such an unbeliveble Building, it's needed to do, if you have a stay in NY
The enormous space of the museum and all the different rooms
It was very straightforward and quick to enter the exhibition. It was great experience.
A wonderful experience, good organization, punctuality, care, incredible works, I would definitely recommend your visit.
We arrived into Manhattan at 1:25 pm. We'd last eaten at 3 am EST. The moma not only was smazing- but we ate ate 2 of their cafes. I am celiac -and they were able to accommodate those allergies! The food was fresh and high quality! Great adventure!
CAMP films, artwork, I've been to the MOMA before and appreciate that I only recognized a few pieces and was seeing many new works.
The museum staff were very rude to visitors, yelling at them to get away from the paintings. EVERY single painting should have the railing around the front of it so people will respect the boundary & the "guards" don't have to yell every five seconds. It really detracted from the experience.
I ran out of time to visit the 4th floor. I didn't see my favorite painters 😩 they threw us out in a bad way. If they had explained it to me before I would have gone earlier.
I enjoyed the various artworks displayed around the museum, although my absolute favourite was the retro-design and pop culture section located at the northern part of the 3rd floor. It featured a walkman, first Mac PC, and a first moka Express along with various facts about these pop culture icons
The experience was wonderful. From the moment we ordered the ticket through the very user-friendly hall, the possibility of bringing wine into the hall was wonderful. The audience cooperated, the perfect direction, the talented cast, we enjoyed every moment. Thank you.
With the pre-booked ticket you still have to wait in the same line with everybody else before you get into the museum. But it goes ahead pretty fast. In the MoMa most people seem to go for the most famous paintings, while it's more acceptable in the other rooms. It's crowded anyway. However, it's a great museum and absolutely worth a visit.
I enjoy the exhibits and arts. Amazing and wonderful. This is my very first arts visit. It could have been better had I have a little background about these famous people and their works. It's a great place to visit
I always enjoy MOMA, especially the large collection of Impressists. This time in addition to my usual favorites I really enjoyed the Turning Point Exhibition. It was fascinating to read about the thoughts and intentions behind these innovative designs. The exhibit was also displayed in a very enticing manner with each exhibit allocated its own mini stage.
Seeing the works of Monet, Picasso and Van Gough, I was speechless. These were priceless jewels and no words I can utter to further explain the beauty that comes from each canvass.
The museum is phenomenal that goes without saying I can walk around there for hours. But I am taken aback about how loud it is how everybody seems to be comfortable to have full conversations. When I'm at the Met or the Whitney, I can hear my heartbeat. I really had a hard time. Enjoying everything with how loud it was. I also think you should make some efforts to organize the crowd around starry night. I'm not gonna pretend to have the answer. But putting it in the corner seems like maybe not the way to go. I had a few interactions with the staff and they were polite, respectful and very helpful. Nothing but great things to say about them.
An exhibit Jack Whitten was stunning. We slso had a bite at the Cafe ehich was good. The tapestry "Cadence" was gorgeous!
A nice moment of reflection, in this museum which pays tribute to the artist's works. The welcome was really nice and the visit very well organized. Well done!
The ticket process was easy, thanks to you. The Caspar David Friedrich exhibit was astounding and captivated me most of the day. Love The Met!
We were delighted at MoMa! Great place of art! The zoo needs a refres, we hoped to see more animals but it wasn't the case. In both experiences, the Headout tickets worked perfectly! Great!
When I visit the museum, one floor was closed. There wasn't any information about why.
Loved the huge tapestry exhibit and all the old favourite masters - can't beat a Starry Night ❤️

The museum is complete, very interesting and, above all, very moving, with photos, personal accounts and conversations with these men and women. It takes at least 3 hours to see and understand everything that happened on that sad September 11th.
The exhbits..the organization..
Vouchers were real. No scam. And the excursion were awesome.
An unforgettable experience, a magnificent tribute to the victims and rescuers
Deeply moving and impressive .... The audio guide is an absolute must
Every time I come here I learn more about this unforgettable day. I appreciated all the helpful docents, extra seating, and easy to follow directions.
Very emotional visit for us. We were actually supposed to be n the city that day. Our hearts still ach for all the families that lost their loved ones.
Never went to the Edge because it was misinterpreted in location when booking the 9/11 memorial. Thought everything was in the same area. Bought 3 tickets X $40 or whatever the cost was- down the drain.
The ease of access to the event with the preordered tickets. The very timely notification of the tickets and the museum were all excellent
The Memorial is well designed. It covers a number of details related to that day, as well as in-depth information about the buildings. They did a good job covering all the incidents that occurred. We really enjoyed our visit.
The curators did an excellent job putting together this exhibition with all the massive historical and consequential content that goes along with 9/11. Thank you for helping us to not forget.
- Booking is clear and easy. - tickets are easy to find on the app and require no internet connection to access. - Service and applications to recommend
This exebit really was moving and was extraordinary to walk through. Very quiet and respectful to the lives lost. Highly recommend!
It was very easy to order the tickets. Once inside the museum, we remembered where we were when this horrible tragedy occurred. It is our fervent prayer that nothing like this will happen again. The museum really honored the memory of those who perished in the towers as well as police, firefighters, and emergency personnel. The memorial outside was tasteful and moving.
Hi! We had a great experience at the 911 museum. I had no idea how BIG it was - we could have spent several hours there. I'd say the only thing I didn't love was that we went right to the movie as soon as we got there as it was starting in a couple minutes - so we went right in not knowing what it was. I was hoping it was going to be footage of the creation of the 911 memorial and museum, but instead it was about the search for Osama Bin Laden. Which I had followed at the time, and found incredibly interesting, but I wouldn't have taken my kiddo to this movie had I known, and instead used that time at the museum. Other than that the museum was powerful and breathtaking; we were in awe, and it absolutely honored the people who died, and gave them the recognition they deserved. Absolutely incredible.
The 9/11 Memorial Museum is very well-curated and an emotional experience. I was so glad I had the opportunity to see it.
Great history lessons about our country! It made me more thankful to be an American! Very long, unpleasant waits for ferry rides.
First foremost, I was not able to download our tickets, via the website. I proceeded to the window and the staff was courteous & serviceable and promptly printed our tickets. The museum depicted all the details that I recall and then some. There were certain areas that were difficult to watch/read however, it was clearly denoted prior to entry and tragically, it was reality as I remember. The entire museum is extremely informative for those that were not living during 9/11 and desire to gain knowledge of such
A nice moment of reflection, in this museum which pays tribute to the artist's works. The welcome was really nice and the visit very well organized. Well done!
Everything is spectacular, it is done with great delicacy and respect... it makes your hair stand on end to see what New York and its citizens suffered in this attack.
I think the exhibition should have more conceptualized each space and should be numbered , so that visitors relive the history by going through the tour !!!! But everything else was fine
Museum is very nice But way too cold for us Why do you make a fridge of the museum?
Extremely well organized and moving

A visit to the history of the United States, it is necessary to pass by Ellis Island and as an icon of the country, to see the Statue of Liberty for what it represents.
Fantastic day discovering the most famous statue in the world and the history of Hellis island that I did not know. Very interesting and current topic of immigration. The visit to the Hellis museum is to do it all without missing anything!!!
The ferry rides are fun. The views from the boats and both islands are fantastic. All personnel were friendly and helpful. There were plenty of ferries running so there wasn't a long wait to get to the next stop.
