Our guide Joseph K. was remarakable. He had an encyclopedic memory for historical facts relative to the Statue of Liberty' creation/history and Ellis Island facts. My first viit to the statue, heartwarming. I thought the tour included being up in the pedestal of the statue but just saw from sidewalk. The weather was downpouring rain but Headout can't control the weather! Would have been nice ot have been reminded that we could access digital files to search for ancestors...I missed that...too preoccupied with making sure I didn't miss ferry back.

The guide and tour was great! The information about the tour location was wrong, wrong, wrong! The confirmation email said the meeting place was at Pier A which we learned was under construction, inacessible, boarded up!!! It caused a bit of a panic in that we were forced to ask several guides for assistance. We thought at one point we were scammed. We alost missed the tour. Headout gave us the wrong ino and there was no phone to call for better insstruction.

horrible experience. the night was cold. i spent money on the tour, i spent money getting there, and when i got there, the tour wasn't going to take place, and i wasn't told. i wasted my time that night, when i could have planned something else to do. i was reimbursed for the tour, but i was not reimbursed for the transportation i spent for nothing, and even worse, i was not reimbursed for the extreme frustration and waste of time i had that night. i have not been given an objective and direct answer as to whether or not i will be reimbursed and financially compensated for all the inconvenience. i could have organized something different, but all i had to do was go back to the hotel and sleep.

I didn't like it, I bought a ticket and unfortunately I ended up putting the wrong date, and at the same moment that I saw it I asked for support which was denied informing me that it was no longer possible to change the date or cancel. Unfortunately I am still in Brazil and will only be in NY on Tuesday 07/01 and so I asked for a refund or change of date ...but it was denied, then I was told that only a refund would credit 25% of the amount, but I still haven't received this refund, and I had to buy another ticket again. I look forward to hearing from you

Overall all was good but couple of cons. We were in the front and sound of guide was very silent. Also when we were passing by statue of liberty, the chaos began and you had to fight for the right to make a good photo. Cause everyone was trying to take picture at the same time

The whole experience was awesome. The ferry ride was fun and everybody was very nice and accommodating to me. I plan to return soon and hopefully this time go inside and up into the crown of the statue. And you people will definitely be my ride over there. Thank you for everything you guys did for me.
