Beautiful exhibit In addition to the aircraft and the shuttle there are many narratives of wartime moments where the Intrepid was present. Also interesting are all the sections where the political and social situations of the Cold War and Vietnam periods are narrated

The museum was well structured and left space for individual focus omar the exhibitions, a memorable moment was, when we had a talk with a Veteran who was there to answer questions and to talk. Especially this talk was special, thank you for this moment !
It was a unforgettable experience. Standing on a aircraft carrier, seeing all this icons of the skies and experiencing how life looked like in a submarine. All in one day. Unbeatable!
Resonable priced museum to spend 90mins wandering around a 2nd world war /vietnam aircraft carrier, various planes, the iconic Concorde and a submarine. Added experience of talking to ex-staff who served on the ship. Shame the concorde guided tour was additional cost. Overall I'd recommend if you have time.
The museum was well maintained, had a lot of interactive areas for kids, and was super interesting!
It was beautiful experience for a couple at museum, it was a perfect day for it we were so happy
The whole thing was superb. The curator and carer of the Growler was superb.
Incredibly well done, the story is tangible! You can spend many hours there.

Darius the host made the trip! Entertaining and funny. Small boat, not busy and the bar staff were amazing. Really good value for money

We were behind a bit in time of our booking and panicked arriving! But the staff on entrance were so obliging to help my family get to gain the amazing experiencebof the edge! Would highly recommend it for all to do..
The place is amazing in every way – the view, the lookout point, the feeling, and the glass floor all come together to make the experience especially powerful.
It was an amazing experience—even though the weather wasn’t great and the view wasn’t the best, we still had a fantastic time😇
The views from the observation deck are magnificent, especially at sunset. The only drawback is that it's far too crowded, which should be regulated rather than having to queue up to take a photo.

Interminable thing due to elevator malfunction. Instead of notifying us they left us 90 Min waiting before giving any explanation of the problem. Another 60 min wait then, with children on top of that. Easy to pay, hard to get refunds or excuses.

Edge is a top venue to visit, 1st time this year and will be going again on our next visit to New York. The views from the observation decks are amazing, even the elevator ride was impressive with the built in video show. Would thoroughly recommend a visit while in New York.
We had to wait 45 minutes for the train. As compensation, some visitors then received a voucher for a glass of champagne, others didn't, so we didn't feel disrespected.

So beautiful and so fun. Such a great view with a unique perspective of looking down under your feet. The building is also great before you even get to the Edge, fun shops and restauarants. Loved it. I highly recommend going if you like high buildings with amazing 360 views - if you are scared of heights - don't go -otherwise join in the fun.

wonderful view of the city with all its lights from a unique point of view compared to other skyscrapers avoided the queue thanks to the tickets purchased in advance
It was amazing. I was able to see all the attractions I wanted and had a seamless experience with getting checked in.
We had a great time. Eat before you go in. Cafe is pricy. Plan on being there at opening to have ample time and avoid a crowd for an hour or two. Sooooo much to see so plan a second visit and wear comfy shoes.
It was a beautiful place and all the staff were very pleasant and helped us when lost or in need of directions. Its a very informative place and would definitely recommend.
The system is simple and generates clear indications to the user. All the activities were impeccable. Good group guides, knowledgeable and empathetic.

Wonderful customer service & however, buses cleaning should be increased!!
I had very bad issue with bus driver. He did not allow me to take ride on bus even i was there in line with my family. He pushed my wife to get into bus so hard that it hurt her. My daughter was crying with his loud yelling. It was totally discrimination from driver with another passenger. He openly said "i will not let you take ride in my bus but take another next bus." I am not going to tolrate this kind of behaviour. Will definately go next step for this.
It was so easy to use, you literally just find the attractions you want to see and head to the entrance with your QR code ticket pass. Even those where you have to book, the experience was easy to complete through the app. Will recommend.
Such a great experience and hassle free. Combination tickets saves time and money.
It was an amazing experienced.Thank you very much

Ease of hop on hop off and that was about it.
Bought a 2 day all inclusive pass, spent Saturday on the red route with plans to do the blue route Sunday. Unfortunately Sunday morning we were informed that the blue route was canceled all day, and everything i had planned for that day went up in smoke. This caused my anxiety to get pretty bad. Our plans centered around the bus and the 2 routes as we had no vehicle with us and do not really understand the subway system. Then we decided to ride the red route again and do a few more things on it since we could nonlonger do the blue route. Sights set on the statue of liberty.. Oh the bus driver cannot speak English, and just continues driving right past the stop, never announced or said anything so now we are at stop 12 and if we want to do the statue we have to ride the route all the way back around. Busses stuck in traffic, cannot get off unless it is a designated stop, even when we were stuck in parade traffic and wasting our time. Driver constantly honking horn, even when there was no place for anyone to drive to. Tried to get a partial refund for our tickets since all of the plans I had for Sunday were now messed up, was told to call another company, then another. I will not be doing this again, nor will I recommend it to anyone, it was not a good experience at all.
Being able to book attractions. Just wish you could book world trade centre memorial museum Rockefeller and edge in advance too instead of having to go on the day or go there to book which is inconvenient.
Step aboard the iconic aircraft carrier Intrepid, a survivor of WWII, the Cold War, and the Vietnam War, and even a NASA recovery vessel.
