　I am surprised to be informed by reception that I need to pay additional 40$ for the tour, it is a vey unpleasant experience

We received validation of our tickets only a few hours before the experience, despite several reminders. The only reply was: "You'll have them in 30 minutes". The 30 minutes took over 12 hours. Then only one ticket out of the 2 purchased was scheduled. Once again, Headout was not at all up to scratch. Fortunately, the airline contacted us and blocked us an extra seat despite Headout's failure to book. Once again, support told us that the problem would be resolved within 30 minutes, but in the end they didn't solve it. What a shame for tickets costing over 800 USD! We'll never use Headout again.

It was a unique experience to see New York from above, the views are incredible. If I go back to New York, I'll take another trip, this time at night,

I paid for my trip at your counter and was also charged by Headout. I sent an email and tried to contact to fix error but have gotten no where to date.

It was amazing! My husband did this for my birthday. I'm from NYC but had not seen it from above in this way. Really cool!

Everything! Just everything! I was made to feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door until the moment I left. The whole experience was safety conscious and so very well organised. The helicopter was comfortable and the pilot was friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend this company and the flight to all my friends who are visiting New York!

The ticket said 4 pm but when we arrived we were told we were on the 4:30 which was kinda annoying. The actual experience was quite good but I'm a bit of a stickler for time keeping so next time would probably go with a different operator.

It was great. I Highly recommend your company. Best bang for the buck. Roughly 25 minute flight but well worh it. It gives NYC perspective through the low fly view.

We bought these tickets from Headout, so luckily we didn't have to pay the helipad fees separately. This was a relief for us, because two others in our group were bickering the whole way

They eyed me for my weight just because I am on the heftier side. This was a little insulting but the view made up for it

We had such a good pilot who loved conversing about the historical buildings of New York and its importance in today's world

Staten and Coney Island can be easily located on this 30 minute tour- I would highly recommend this for both foreigners and locals

We were upset that due to a snow storm, our trip got rescheduled. Our guests left the next day and we had to apply for a full refund. At least there was no hassle monitarily

My first time ever in New York and I wanted to get a nice view of the iconic new york buildings from a unique focal point

The tickets are on the pricier side, but this is a great way to see the iconic parts of NYC if you are on a time crunch. Literally the entire NY in half an hour

It began snowing a little too much and we were forced to cancel or reschedule our trip, Really sad! thankfully the customer service at headout is prompt.

The prices are a little steep, you may have to shell out a little more than you've expected but you're going to see the city in a whole new light!

I arrived early moved quickly passed the line and was up the elevator quickly and was able to start enjoying the view. I was able to get some beautiful photos I recommend everybody buy their tickets ahead of time. It's quick it's easy and it's safe.

The show leading up to the incredible reveal of the cityscape through the window was truly full of surprises and magnificent. The commentary about the New York City streets was also very easy to understand and well-suited for a foreign audience.

At first, it is for the view on Manhattan, even if we can regret the fact that it is now impossible to see Central Park from WTC. Secondly, it is for the kindness of all the people workîng in WTC. It was a pleasant expérience in comparaison to the visit we did before at the empire state, very expensive and some antipathic waiters.

Considering the entrance fee cost it should include the tablet to help locate landmarks. AI is replacing that technology soon

It was amazing! We could see a large view of NYC. The building was really tall! I didn't even want to go outside because it was so nice!

The view was cool the elevator had a nice story to tell, u go underground and then shoot up its pretty impressive and the crowd was cool

Bird's eye view was the best. Seeing where the rebuilding is occurring to honor those who lost their lives while showing we are a country that will not be defeated was impactful.

Being from the UK, the moment I saw the skyline I fell in love, such a magical view, and the staff are so friendly and made sure my stay was as unforgettable as possible. So informative and very knowledgeable, I loved every second. Thank you for the experience.

View. It's a unique observation area. The others in the city are all midtown. Nice to be able to see Jersey City, Brooklyn and the Bridges much closer. Very very impressive.

The Museum Experience was sobering and pretty incredible. I recommend the Guided Tour. The One World Observatory experience was out of this world! I recommend going at sundown. The views are spectacular!

Great experience! We were able to go to the viewing deck under 20mins. Perhaps the morning hours were not busy. Fantastic view if the city from the top, highly recommend!

The view is spectacular and the structure looked and felt very secure. It was not overcrowded and the staff was very nice and helpful. We took lots of pictures and videos and highly recommend visiting the Edge!!

Everything was smooth and my brother and his wife had an awesome time. They go to the Edge for their anniversary every year.

Of course the view and then the friendly welcoming staff as you entered and excited. Easy to find, and more importantly it was laid back, not rushed and was something to do again, in the evening next time.

Received as a gift but wasn't told it was a combo with summit one. If I didn't go on the same day I'm also not sure if I can go now?

The night time view of New York was amazing only spoilt by the rain on the glass screens which obscured the view, otherwise it would have been excellent.

You have tge opportunity to stay out and see the skyline. Usually you see it from a window while at the Edge, you are outside and the view results to be really immersive.

Visiting the Edge Observatory Deck was breathtaking! The floor-to-ceiling glass walls and glass floor gave a thrilling, unobstructed view of NYC from over 1,100 feet up. The outdoor sky deck felt like floating in the sky—absolutely surreal. Sunset was magical, with golden light reflecting off the skyline. Definitely a must-see!

I wanted to change my tickets because the viewpoint was closed, but they applied an extra charge and the problem was not mine, they shouldn't apply a charge if the problem is not the client's problem.

The view of Manhattan and the Hudson River is truly impressive. The Hudson Yards are also worth a visit. Unfortunately, there were several thunderstorms around New York. For this reason, the platform was closed. We could have repeated the visit. However, as we were leaving the next day, this was not possible for us.

The checkout process at headout was so smooth I was surprised. The entrance at the Top of the Rock was easy and straightforward from the subway, and the views are totally worth it!

Best view ever! No need to go to the Empire State Bldg when you can see it's beauty from the Rock!

Seeing the city with a bird eye view was breathtaking. Being so close to the Chrysler building watching the rose gold light of the setting sun reflect off of The Chrysler building made it even more beautiful!! The staff was extremely helpful. And the pastrami sliders, mediterranean plate and cocktails were delicious! A definite must see when in New York City

Very beautiful and extraordinary experience. Of all the attractions in New York thix was my favorite. The only thing i did noticed was that staff was not to pleasant. Im from Texas and we don't treat people differently.

This visit was like Waw experience for me and my siblings. I have never felt like that in my life and you can never find the food and drinks anywhere else I promise you. The customer service was thrilling. Overall we felt like kings 👑 my brothers are still overwhelmingly grateful for the memory we had out there yesterday.

From the beginning in the elevator with the lights to the end where 3 sides of me were only surrounded by glass... it was my favorite city outlook of any I've done.

We went at 1:30 in the afternoon. The elevator was not working at the entrance we used that I have to use because I was in a mobility chair. Once we got downstairs, the attendant was Fantastic! She took us to the elevator and off we went! The views were so AWESOME!! THE FLOORS..all I can say is OMG!! My Favorite place was the floating balloon room! EVERYONE , no matter what age , were having fun! To hear the kids and adults squeeling and laughing was AWESOME!!

This experience was something I will never forget. Each room had its own magic and as you went up the levels the views blew my mind further.

The summit was spectacular. Even better than I anticipated. You are walking on ALL glass and mirrors, so you have to wear shoe covers. Blew my mind away because there is 'nothing' like it anywhere. Loved the silver balloons, Mercury pods, face clouds, cocktails. and seeing all of NY at once.! Fabulous!

This is one of the best places to go to!!! Best view, best picture places, and they even have a little lunch place on the roof ;). 10/10 recommend.

Honestly, the app did not work. They sent me the QR code to show it at the entrance and funalments there was no problem to enter.... Everything was fine. Always recommended on your trip to NY.

I liked the experience of being able to get off when you wanted to see something and get back on when done. Although the app was not updated due to the closed streets and alternative stops were not expressed anywhere.

Booking was fast and easy. The price was reasonable and we got to see the greatest view in the world. I would definitely recommend and would do this again.

Excellent experience. Booked for 10pm to see Manhattan by night. Building covered in mist so staff invited us to rebook the next day, which we accepted. Superb, clear views and great opportunity to see an iconic building. The exhibits area is an added bonus

The presentation of the chronological sequence of events, the tribute to the victims and helpers as well as the structural aspects were perfectly executed! Great class

The number of visitors was manageable. Not too many. Of course there was enough going on. The exhibition is interesting. The audio guide in German is unfortunately spoken too slowly, you need at least 1.25x speed. I also found the content not so good. I would have managed without the guide.

Very riveting experience, we were so moved doing a walk down the memory lane, seeing photos of people who passed on, hearing voices of the people involved, who helped during the tragedy.

Never went to the Edge because it was misinterpreted in location when booking the 9/11 memorial. Thought everything was in the same area. Bought 3 tickets X $40 or whatever the cost was- down the drain.

The ease of access to the event with the preordered tickets. The very timely notification of the tickets and the museum were all excellent

The Memorial is well designed. It covers a number of details related to that day, as well as in-depth information about the buildings. They did a good job covering all the incidents that occurred. We really enjoyed our visit.
