Then only one ticket out of the 2 purchased was scheduled. Once again, Headout was not at all up to scratch. Fortunately, the airline contacted us and blocked us an extra seat despite Headout's failure to book. Once again, support told us that the problem would be resolved within 30 minutes, but in the end they didn't solve it. What a shame for tickets costing over 800 USD! We'll never use Headout again.

The view of New York from above was great and I enjoyed the flight itself. What I didn't like at all: I was sitting in the middle, so unfortunately I couldn't see out of the window as well as I had hoped and I couldn't take as many photos past the people sitting next to me. In my seat, the distance to the ceiling was also less than in the other seats, so I couldn't sit up straight without constantly bumping into the ceiling with my headphones. I had an appointment for 2 p.m. and I arrived. I was put on the flight very quickly. I was lucky to be with the pilot who flew very well and professionally. The explanations in flight were clear even with my low level of English. For the technical part, the Safety video was clear, the ground staff very rigorous for access to the helicopter. We liked being able to point out landmarks to our young granddaughters. I personally couldn't help thinking about the horror that preceded this "Phoenix" . We were wounded on 9/11, but the people of this country got back up proudly! This beautiful building is a testament and memorial to all who lost their lives.

I genuinely found quite invasive that as soon as you walk in they move you around like sheep, taking pictures on wooden walls saying they are "souvenirs", and doing a full facial scan?!?! It's supposed to be for an "inversive" experience, however I wouldn't justify pretty much taking my full identity for my face to "show" 5 seconds on a cloud. A QR code currently retains my data and plenty others. Very uncomfortable. Other than that, it was okay. Would appreciate having more info on the views.

The museum is complete, very interesting and, above all, very moving, with photos, personal accounts and conversations with these men and women. It takes at least 3 hours to see and understand everything that happened on that sad September 11th.

It was very easy to order the tickets. Once inside the museum, we remembered where we were when this horrible tragedy occurred. It is our fervent prayer that nothing like this will happen again. The museum really honored the memory of those who perished in the towers as well as police, firefighters, and emergency personnel. The memorial outside was tasteful and moving.

Hi! We had a great experience at the 911 museum. I had no idea how BIG it was - we could have spent several hours there. I'd say the only thing I didn't love was that we went right to the movie as soon as we got there as it was starting in a couple minutes - so we went right in not knowing what it was. I was hoping it was going to be footage of the creation of the 911 memorial and museum, but instead it was about the search for Osama Bin Laden. Which I had followed at the time, and found incredibly interesting, but I wouldn't have taken my kiddo to this movie had I known, and instead used that time at the museum. Other than that the museum was powerful and breathtaking; we were in awe, and it absolutely honored the people who died, and gave them the recognition they deserved. Absolutely incredible.

First foremost, I was not able to download our tickets, via the website. I proceeded to the window and the staff was courteous & serviceable and promptly printed our tickets. The museum depicted all the details that I recall and then some. There were certain areas that were difficult to watch/read however, it was clearly denoted prior to entry and tragically, it was reality as I remember. The entire museum is extremely informative for those that were not living during 9/11 and desire to gain knowledge of such
