Things to know before booking your tickets

  • All tickets include access to all floors and most exhibits of the museum, including the Marvel Universe 4D cinema.
  • Skip the line entry is only available with the All-Inclusive Pass , and not the general admission ticket .
  • Experiences such as Hands On and Clown Chaos 7D are ticketed and not included with the General Admission ticket . However, they are included in the All-Inclusive Pass along with a guidebook.
  • Behind-the-scenes tours are included with the admission ticket, but limited to 25 guests per session from Monday to Friday at 11am, 1pm, and 3pm, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Note: The behind-the-scenes tour is a 30-minute guided tour, only available from Monday–Friday at 11am, 1pm, and 3pm. It is limited to 25 people per session; phones & photography are not allowed; and guests are requested to arrive 30 minutes before the start of the tour to the meeting point (near the Oval Office in the Leaders Gallery Room).

Is the Wax Hands Experience ticketed?

Yes, Wax Hands is a ticketed experience, included with the all-inclusive package. However, if you buy a general admission ticket , you can request an add-on at the museum.
