What is the return and exchange policy?

As long as your item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, you have 30 days from purchase to return or swap it; just hold onto your receipt. Seasonal items bought around the holidays can be exchanged by January 31 of the following year.

Does my purchase help the zoo’s conservation efforts?

A portion of every sale supports the Wildlife Conservation Society’s work-funding animal care, habitat restoration, and research projects worldwide. Shopping here means you’re helping wildlife both near and far.

Are there discounts for Wildlife Conservation Society members or group purchases?
