The main retail spot right inside Central Park Zoo is the Zootique Gift Shop. Here, you can browse a charming collection of wildlife-themed merchandise. They also stock a selection of books, unique souvenirs, and other memorabilia to remember your zoo experience.

Location: The Zootique Gift Shop is conveniently located inside Central Park Zoo, housed in the structure that was formerly the zoo's birdhouse. You'll easily find it as you explore the exhibits.
Timings: The shop's hours generally align with Central Park Zoo's operating hours, which are from 10am to 5pm on weekdays, and 10am to 5:30pm on weekends and federal holidays.

What is the return and exchange policy?

As long as your item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, you have 30 days from purchase to return or swap it; just hold onto your receipt. Seasonal items bought around the holidays can be exchanged by January 31 of the following year.
